Description:
ASTIN Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Engineer to join their expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking to grow within the field of technical sales, customer coordination, and business development. Candidates from the Philippines with relevant hands-on experience in valves or hydraulics will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the external sales team in managing client communication and account activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and resolve both technical and commercial issues.
- Maintain accurate sales records using ERP and CRM systems.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, reports, and sales performance tracking.
- Develop technical product knowledge related to valves, hydraulics, and instrumentation systems.
- Contribute to building and maintaining strong client relationships across the Middle East.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in technical or inside sales.
- Preference for candidates from the Philippines with practical exposure to valves and hydraulics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of ERP or CRM tools is a plus.
- Must be willing to relocate or already reside in Dubai.
