Service Delivery Manager

• Grow/develop and lead service delivery function to ensure bespoke service for our affluent and HNW/UHNW customer base. Previous experience working at a management level within the lifestyle or concierge environment for a minimum 3 years. Preferable – experience in a management role of an operational department or working in a call center operational environment. Arabic/English Speaker, French – preferable.

Lifestyle Concierge

• To provide high-profile customers with best-in-class service. At least 3 years customer service experience in lifestyle concierge, travel/tourism, hospitality, premium/luxury retail, hotel/guest services. Must have a good understanding of Luxury Lifestyle – travel, dining, entertainment. Fashion and luxury brands. Outstanding communication skills, Arabic/English Speaker, French – preferable.   

Business Development Manager

• To drive new business growth across MEA territories. Previous experience with Luxury Brands and Banking/Insurance B2B sales preferred.
