Palace Hotels is seeking an experienced and passionate Housekeeping Coach to join its hospitality team in Fujairah. This role is focused on developing housekeeping staff through structured training, coaching, and continuous performance improvement to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining luxury hospitality standards by ensuring all housekeeping operations align with hotel SOPs. The role involves hands-on coaching, quality inspections, and supporting departmental development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct onboarding and departmental training for housekeeping colleagues
• Deliver on-the-job coaching to ensure compliance with hotel standards and SOPs
• Monitor performance through room inspections and quality audits
• Identify training needs and implement development plans
• Coach staff on guest service excellence and luxury hospitality standards
• Support housekeeping initiatives and quality improvement programs
• Maintain training records and track team development progress
• Promote health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards across the department
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in a 5-star luxury hotel
• Previous experience in training, coaching, or supervisory roles is preferred
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning standards
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
• Ability to motivate and develop multicultural teams
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Training certification or Train-the-Trainer qualification is an advantage
