Description:
Innovations Global is looking for an experienced Technology Project Executive to support the delivery of creative technology solutions for events and exhibitions in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in event technology coordination, AV services, and managing technical requirements for large-scale events.
The successful candidate will work closely with creative, production, operations, logistics, and project teams to ensure smooth technology execution. This role involves coordinating equipment, supporting onsite operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing innovative ideas to improve event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate technology requirements, vendors, equipment delivery, installation, and testing.
• Support event technology mock-ups, commissioning, onsite operations, troubleshooting, and dismantling activities.
• Collaborate with creative, production, operations, logistics, and project teams.
• Monitor equipment condition, inventory levels, and maintenance schedules.
• Provide ideas and recommendations for technology solutions that enhance event delivery and audience engagement.
• Ensure technical operations are completed efficiently within project timelines.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Event Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event technology coordination or AV services.
• Familiarity with AV equipment, lighting, sound systems, or interactive technology.
• Strong communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable supporting indoor and outdoor events in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Event technology solutions.
• Audio-visual equipment and technical setups.
• Equipment management and maintenance procedures.
