Naumi Hotels is looking for a customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced hotel environment.
The successful candidate will welcome guests, manage front office operations, handle guest requests efficiently, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Candidates with hotel front office experience and familiarity with OPERA Cloud are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and provide professional front desk services.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation-related inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel management system.
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting daily front office operations.
Requirements:
