DuBuild is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with UAE experience who are looking to contribute to a dynamic organization within the real estate and property management sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and managing day-to-day accounting activities. Candidates with experience in real estate accounting and strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations will be well suited for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting requirements.
• Process daily accounting transactions using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Support financial reporting and assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Experience in real estate and property management is preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE VAT regulations.
• Financial reporting.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
