Description:
Facility Management Sales Executive
We are looking for an experienced Facility Management Sales Executive to achieve the revenue targets in FM activities and to develop healthy market relationships.
Must be well organized and have excellent spoken and written communication skills, as well as customer/client management skills.
To be able to identify and qualify new leads and convert them into potential clients.
Assessment and understanding of the client’s requirements to provide the best offer.
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
Follow up on all the proposals sent to clients and converting them into contracts.
Maintain a good rapport with the existing clients and coordinating with them from time to time to get know their maintenance issues, if any.
Offering after-sales support services.
Has strong problem-solving skills.
Ensuring excellent customer service satisfaction.
Ability to meet sales targets.
Experience in facilities management contract preferred
With UAE driving license preferred
Able and willing to join immediately.
