About the Role:
As an Events Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the team in delivering high-quality, creative events for our clients. You’ll work closely with vendors, manage logistics, and ensure each event is executed to the highest standards — from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in planning and delivering client events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
- Oversee event timelines, budgets, and operational logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative event concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency and client satisfaction at every stage.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong passion for events, creativity, and organization.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in event planning, PR, or marketing (preferred).
