Be proactive in identifying strategies to improve operating efficiencies, energy use, manpower supervision and guest satisfaction.

For efficient operation of the property and all its equipment, maintenance and repair services and protection of the owner’s asset.
To work to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility.
To formulate ways and means to accomplish well-planned comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all electrical and mechanical equipment including general building works.
Should have knowledge of local regulation and prior experience of project management
