Description:

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a skilled and performance-driven Client Retention Specialist to join a dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience managing international clients, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proven background in customer retention, sales, or client success roles.

The successful candidate will focus on maintaining client relationships, reactivating existing customers, and improving customer engagement within a fast-paced financial services environment. Experience with UK processes, UK clients, and industries such as Forex, CFD trading, brokerage, or FinTech will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients.

• Develop strategies to improve client retention and customer satisfaction.

• Engage with inactive clients and implement reactivation initiatives.

• Handle UK-based clients and provide professional account support.

• Identify client needs, address concerns, and recommend suitable solutions.

• Achieve performance targets through effective communication and relationship management.

• Maintain accurate client records and follow internal reporting procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client retention, relationship management, customer success, reactivation, or sales.

• Mandatory experience handling UK processes or managing UK clients.

• Experience working with international clients, preferably with UK market exposure.

• Experience in Forex, CFD, Trading, Brokerage, or FinTech industries is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Performance-oriented professional with an ethical and customer-focused approach.

Strong knowledge of:
• Client relationship management and retention strategies
• International customer handling and sales processes
• Financial services, trading platforms, and FinTech environments
