Careerscape is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Content Moderator to help maintain safe, respectful, and welcoming online communities. This role is ideal for professionals with strong judgment, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to make fair and consistent decisions while reviewing user-generated content.
The successful candidate will evaluate digital content according to platform policies, identify potential risks, and support trust and safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, according to established community guidelines.
• Apply content policies consistently and document moderation decisions accurately.
• Escalate sensitive, complex, or high-risk cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Identify emerging abuse patterns and report potential risks or trends.
• Maintain quality and accuracy standards while reviewing content.
• Provide feedback to improve moderation processes and policy guidelines.
• Support a safe and positive experience for online community users.
Requirements:
• Strong reading comprehension and sound decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain objective while reviewing sensitive or challenging content.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in decision-making.
