We have a vacancy in our regional office in Dubai.

Senior Executive Operations

Responsibilities:

• Preparing vessel schedule, arrival & departure reports, TDR, TPR of vessels calling under agency at UAE ports.                                                                                               
• Managing mainline vessels (Berth Window, Schedules, Prompt Berthing, Quick Dispatch)
• Coordinating with terminal vessel planner and Terminal regarding loading plan Ballie file, loading summary etc.                                                                                         
• Coordinating with Vessel operator for sending Booking summary, documents etc.
• Arranging Dangerous, Awkward Good approval from the Vessel Operator/Principal, Transshipment and Discharge port.                                                                                        
• Empty Overdue and dwell time monitoring within target period.               
• Effective utilization of space, full & down for maximum company benefit (Including owners merit space)                                                                                       
• Coordination with Regional HQ on daily operation issues.                                       
• Monitor the idling shipments at hub ports and arrange smooth connection to all upper gulf ports.                                                                                              
• Coordination with Upper gulf agents on day-to-day activities.                                
• Working closely with customers, colleagues, agents and third parties to ensure smooth operations to deadlines.                                                                                             
• Space and Traffic Control          

Requirements:

• College graduate
• 5 – 10 years solid operations experience in container shipping in UAE
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Well versed on shipping systems and portals.
