Air & Sea Logistics LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Operations Executive to become part of its expanding operations team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in freight forwarding and logistics who are eager to contribute to a fast-paced and customer-focused work environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating freight operations, handling customs-related processes, and ensuring smooth movement of shipments. Applicants should possess strong communication skills, be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, and work independently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily air and sea freight operations from booking to final delivery.
• Prepare and process Dubai Trade customs declarations accurately.
• Monitor multiple shipments and ensure timely execution of logistics activities.
• Communicate effectively with customers, shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation and operational records.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Experience with Dubai Trade customs declaration procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Customs operations.
• Working knowledge of Calagi.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments independently.
