Studio Kinza is looking for a creative and well-organized Social Media & Events Coordinator to join its team in Warsan, Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging digital content while supporting the planning and execution of workshops and events.
The successful candidate will manage social media platforms, produce visual content, coordinate event logistics, and assist guests during on-site activities. Weekend availability may be required to ensure the smooth operation of workshops and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging Instagram stories, reels, and posts.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and short videos for social media content.
• Coordinate workshop bookings, event schedules, and venue setup.
• Assist guests and provide on-site support during workshops and events, including weekends.
• Help maintain an active and engaging social media presence for the studio.
• Ensure smooth coordination of event-related activities and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Experience in social media management and event coordination.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Valid UAE residence visa, such as a spouse or family visa.
• Creative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of:
• Social media content creation and scheduling.
• Canva and CapCut for content design and video editing.
