Description:
Dallah Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Applications Specialist to join its Information Technology team in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting healthcare applications and managing IT systems within a hospital environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for application support, troubleshooting, system integration, and ensuring smooth operation of healthcare technology platforms. Candidates with knowledge of healthcare standards and hospital information systems are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and application management for healthcare information systems.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
• Support hospital systems including EMR, HIS, ERP, LIS, RIS, and PACS platforms.
• Assist with system integrations and ensure smooth application performance.
• Monitor application incidents and manage service requests using IT service management tools.
• Ensure systems align with healthcare compliance requirements and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to improve application efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT application support within a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of hospital systems including EMR, HIS, ERP, LIS, RIS, and PACS.
• Experience in application troubleshooting, system integration, and technical support.
• Familiarity with MOH, CBAHI, and JCI requirements.
• Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
