Description:

A fast-growing branding and creative agency is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to support business growth and expand its client portfolio. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping businesses achieve their branding and marketing goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and presenting tailored branding and creative solutions. Working closely with internal creative teams, you will play a key role in securing new projects, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for branding, marketing, and creative services

• Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business needs and project requirements

• Prepare proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and commercial offers for prospective clients

• Convert qualified leads into long-term business partnerships while achieving sales objectives

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, marketing professionals, and decision-makers

• Drive client retention through excellent relationship management and upselling opportunities

• Coordinate with creative and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution

• Manage sales pipelines, follow-up activities, and CRM records effectively

• Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities within the industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

• Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts and business opportunities simultaneously

• Proficiency in both Hindi and English

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and relationship-driven approach

Strong knowledge of:
