• Experience: 4 to 6 years
• We are on the lookout for a charismatic go-getter with an extensive client base in the Commercial Interior Fit out sector within the UAE.
• The ideal candidate will be well accustomed to #lead generation and successfully converting proposals to Wins.
• Well organized in targeting various avenues for creating fresh prospects and growing a strong portfolio of clients.
• Should be comfortable in presenting #design & #commercial proposals directly to clients.
• Proven track record of successfully achieving #sales targets in a #Commercial/ #Residential/ Retail Interior Fit.
• Strong communication skills and should be well groomed.
• Generating sales, selling and #negotiating prices, #preparing contracts, and closing deals.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with all potential #Consultants, #Customers, and #agencies.
• Submitting daily/weekly reports to head of business development including but not limited to progress reports on calls, proposals, and visits.
