Job Summary:
Zoya Health & Wellbeing Resort is seeking a skilled and experienced BMS/HVAC Technician to support the operations, maintenance, and repair of our HVAC systems and commercial kitchen/laundry appliances. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and capable of handling technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems, kitchen, and laundry equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively
- Ensure equipment meets health and safety standards
- Work independently and collaboratively with the maintenance team
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC, kitchen, and laundry equipment maintenance
- Solid understanding of BMS, HVAC systems, and relevant electrical/mechanical components
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work without constant supervision
- Relevant certifications or documented hands-on experience in a similar role
Locally available candidates preferred.
