Accounts Payable Analyst – Rockville, MD

Experis, part of the ManpowerGroup family, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Analyst to join a leading financial services client in Rockville, MD. This role is ideal for professionals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in automated accounts payable systems. You will play a critical role in supporting the AP team, ensuring efficient invoice processing, supplier management, and timely resolution of AP inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices primarily through Auditoria, an AI-driven automation tool, to streamline accounts payable tasks.
  • Respond professionally to AP-related inquiries, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Set up suppliers, implement supplier changes, and update supplier information through Auditoria and Workday.
  • Leverage Workday for invoice and expense report processing.
  • Upload and process invoices and expense reports, with training provided for VIB Files.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in large, automated environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP financial systems such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
  • Purchase order experience required.
  • Familiarity with automation, AI, OCR, or other automated AP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with AP automation tools; Auditoria or Concur is a plus.
