Position: Group Finance Officer
Seniority: Mid-Level (3 years)
Nationality: Lebanese only
Specific skill set: Experience in Microsoft NAV is a must
Ensure accuracy of the accounts and review daily transactions of all subsidiaries, perform monthly closing checklist and ensure timely closing of all subsidiaries
Manage receivables and collections of all subsidiaries, maintain and update the setup of accounting systems including charts of accounts and reports
Liaise with internal auditors and tackle all audit observations and ensure compliance of all subsidiaries
Ensure all governmental declarations and payments are submitted within the designated deadlines
Manage the accounts and declarations of a third-party company based in the UAE and respond to all audits’ requests
Respond to ad-hoc tasks requested by the Group Finance Manager
