Job Description:

Diraction is seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Receptionist, creating a positive and welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. If you are customer-focused, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, students, and staff professionally.
  • Manage the front desk, answer calls, and direct inquiries.
  • Provide information about university services, facilities, and events.
  • Register visitors, issue passes, and ensure security compliance.
  • Handle mail and package distribution, assist with outgoing mail.
  • Coordinate appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with various departments for effective communication and support.
  • Follow company’s procedures during emergencies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
