Hiring F&B Manager
Experience: 3 years
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated F&B Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the F&B team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the F&B department.
- Manage and lead the F&B team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and drive growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and quality food and beverages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support the success of the F&B department.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Arabic & English.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar F&B Manager role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service a driving sales growth.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
