Description:
We are urgently looking for an Experienced Architect for our Dubai office
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
To lead large scale projects from concept to completion certificate.
To understand and analyze the client requirements.
Be familiar with architectural detailing and finishes for multi projects facilities.
To coordinate designs with other disciplines and contribute to value engineering sessions.
Tracking managing and resolving architectural project issues.
Possess adequate technical skills in means and methods/constructability/specifications.
Familiar with all authorities’ regulations. Obtaining approval from authorities.
Work towards negotiating and managing all aspects of architectural and construction contracts
To lead the scoping of client briefs to ensure accuracy, appropriateness and completeness.
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
To coordinate with Staff in Creating Detail Drawings. Lead a team of junior architects in
Architectural design and detailing.
Responsible for development, planning execution
Following UP authorities for approvals. (NAKHEEL, TRAKHESS, DM)
