Description:

One of our client is looking for Employee Benefits Manager

As an Employee Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the overall well-being of our employees.

RSPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and manage employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits
  • Monitor benefits trends and industry best practices, and make recommendations for plan design changes to improve employee satisfaction and retention
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers to negotiate competitive rates and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Develop and implement communications strategies to educate employees on available benefits and enhance engagement and participation in wellness programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to benefits administration, including ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and other relevant laws
  • Develop and manage benefit program budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management
  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns related to benefits, and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Manage the open enrollment process, including developing communication materials, conducting employee education sessions, and overseeing the enrollment platform
  • Monitor and analyze benefits utilization data, and make recommendations for program improvements based on employee feedback and data insights

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience, preferably in insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to benefits administration, including ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and other relevant laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, and to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform decision-making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
