Team Lead Criteria:

  • Min 5-6 years’ Experience in IT support field and Team management
  • Managing large team
  • Managing daily IT operations as a single point of contact
  • Able to provide daily weekly monthly report on the tickets and team performance.
  • Able to handle escalations and provide proper feedback to stakeholders.
  • Able to coordinate with multiple internal IT support teams for smooth operations.
  • Administration knowledge of any ITSM tool
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Creating monthly roster for the team members
  • Excellent documentation skills
