Elevar Growth is hiring! We’re looking for creative Content Managers for our Dubai team! Bilingual (Arabic & English) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, and multimedia teams to plan and develop content, style and layout.
• Create and publish engaging content, track metrics and present monthly analysis.
• Edit, proofread and improve content writers’ posts, and liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency.
• Optimize content according to SEO, and contribute to keyword research.
• Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic, and increase effectiveness of paid campaigns.
• Develop an editorial calendar (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) to ensure all departments have shared coherency.
• Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection), as well as generating original content with no plagiarism strikes.
• Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.
• Presenting content strategies and coordinating with clients for smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing or Communications.
• 4 – 5 years of work experience as a digital marketing manager.
• Hands on experience with MS Office, Google Suite, and WordPress
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Familiarity with writing for social media, blogs, and generating hashtag strategies.
• Excellent writing skills in English, paying special attention to syntax and grammar.
• Attention to detail, good organizational and time-management skills.
• People skills like presenting, ability to learn, and team collaboration.
