Call Center Agent Required – Abu Dhabi

Receive calls for maintenance requests and inquiries.
Outbound calls for customer feedback.
Follow-up calls and emails to the supervisors / site office.
Reviewing security reports and transforming them into work orders
Transferring calls to the concerned person / department
Updates the outbound report on a daily basis.
