Hiring Business Solution Consultant
Initiate contact with target companies across the Middle East through phone and email
Attend meetings with decision‐makers across the UAE and occasionally in other countries in the region
Understand client’s long‐term staffing needs and compile custom solution proposals
Send proposals to clients, persuasively communicating their suitability and negotiating with prospects on terms and pricing
Develop strong relationships with key members of the prospect organization
Persistently follow up on leads, including liaising with multiple stakeholders in HR, Finance, Procurement and Top Management to close the sale
Career stability ‐ History of staying at least 2 years in each job
