Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will excel in freight and forwarding sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive freight sales by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with customized logistics solutions.
- Achieve sales targets of 4 times the base salary within stipulated timelines.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong background in freight and forwarding sales.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales budgets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Compensation:
