Building Maintenance Manager
Must have minimum 6 years of building maintenance experience in UAE. Responsible for overseeing/doing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s properties.
Solid understanding of AC, plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts.
Ability to rank and prioritize multiple projects at once. Strong team building and management skills. A familiarity with tools of the trade.
Experience working on high-rise mechanical a plus. Solid communications skills. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
