Description:

Hiring Administration Officer 

At least 1 year of UAE experience in Admin/Document Controlling role, can join immediately (preferred: visit visa or cancelled visa)

Well-established in a fast-paced and challenging working environment, effective written and verbal English language skills, strong knowledge of MS office, knowledge on basic accounting, and knowledge on Photoshop is a plus

Front desk office and general office support, document controlling and filing management, payroll processing for employees, liase with pro for any necessary tasks, prepare local purchase order (lpo) and quotation

Handle government online systems for registrations and tender, other tasks given by the CEO

Location: Muroor Road, Abu Dhabi
