Accountant Vacancy

Job Description:

• Manage all accounting transactions (income and expenditure accounts)
• Receiving payments from customers
• Deposit of daily Cash collection to bank account
• Track of govt. fees paid against the services
• Reconciliation of E-Dirhams account
• Recording and payment of monthly external and internal staff commission
• Recording and payment of daily operations expenses/Petty Cash
• Recording and payment of monthly payroll
• Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Management
• Dealing with customer

Requirements:

• Work experience as an Accountant
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Experience with accounting software and data entry (Tally, QuickBooks)
• Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets
• Ability to work independently
• Analytical skills
