 Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for experienced and talented Warehouse Supervisor for Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years managerial or supervisory experience plus in the function of Logistics and/or Warehousing,

Manage & direct work flow and job responsibilities within the warehouse to ensure effective management of the receipt, storage, picking, packing, loading.

Maintain records of inventory management.

Manage and develop staff

Implement and promote continuous improvement culture with areas of responsibilities Industry

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods

Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance

Organize and maintain inventory and storage area

Ensure shipments and inventory transaction’s accuracy

Communicate job expectations and coach employees

Determine staffing levels and assign workload

Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems

Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
