Job Title: Warehouse In charge
Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Incharge, you will be responsible for the overall management of our warehouse facility, ensuring the smooth daily operations of material storage, handling, and distribution. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our inventory, tracking the availability and condition of our event equipment, and ensuring that all materials are prepared and delivered on time for events.
Working closely with the logistics, procurement, and production teams, you will ensure that all necessary equipment is in top condition, ready to support our high-profile events. You will oversee inventory management, ensuring that all event equipment and materials are accurately logged, stored, and easily accessible.
Regular inspections and maintenance checks will be essential to guarantee that all items are in excellent working condition and ready for use. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the event production and logistics teams to meet the specific requirements for each event, ensuring the timely preparation and transportation of equipment to and from event sites. You will maintain proper documentation of inventory levels, repair logs, and maintenance schedules.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, ideally within the event production, audiovisual, or technical equipment sectors. You should have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Experience with technical event equipment such as LED displays, projectors, audio-visual systems, lighting, and rigging equipment is essential. While a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
