Description:

OneDigital is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Benefits Specialist to join its growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about employee benefits administration, client service, and helping organizations manage benefit plans efficiently while maintaining compliance.

The successful candidate will manage an assigned portfolio of clients, provide expert support for benefits administration, maintain accurate benefit records, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup, implementation, and renewal of employee benefit plans.

• Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure data integrity within the system.

• Support client account managers, payroll teams, and sales departments with benefits-related inquiries.

• Coordinate compliance activities and benefits administration processes.

• Perform benefits analysis, audits, validations, and quality control checks.

• Resolve client inquiries and document customer interactions within the CRM system.

• Manage open service cases and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Recommend process improvements and support workflow optimization.

• Provide ACA configuration and support, including 1095 reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 2 years of benefits service experience.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and typing skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

• Previous payroll experience is an advantage.

• Experience with Prism HR or other HRIS benefits administration platforms is preferred.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.

Strong knowledge of:

• Employee benefits administration and compliance

• Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and HRIS platforms
