Description:
Nestovia is looking for a proactive and experienced Property Manager – Holiday Homes to oversee the daily operations of its growing holiday-home portfolio in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Airbnb or short-term rental management who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring properties remain guest-ready, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance activities, managing guest communications, and maintaining high operational standards across multiple holiday homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
• Monitor housekeeping schedules and ensure properties are clean and guest-ready.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on repairs promptly.
• Conduct routine property inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Liaise with cleaners, maintenance teams, vendors, and guests to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Ensure all properties are well-maintained, accurately presented, and ready for occupancy.
• Oversee multiple properties while maintaining excellent service standards.
Requirements:
• Previous experience managing Airbnb, short-term rentals, or holiday homes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize daily tasks effectively.
• Experience in Dubai’s holiday-home industry will be a strong advantage.
