Description:
We are looking for an experienced Country Manager – Service to lead after-sales and service operations across North African markets, including Libya, Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in service operations, dealer management, and customer experience improvement.
The role requires leading regional service strategies, managing distributor and dealer networks, improving operational performance, and driving service revenue growth. Candidates with two-wheeler/motorcycle industry experience and willingness to relocate to Dubai will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and implement after-sales and service strategies across North Africa.
• Manage distributors, dealers, and authorized service networks.
• Drive service revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention initiatives.
• Improve dealer and workshop performance while maintaining service standards.
• Oversee warranty processes, technical support, and customer complaint management.
• Develop and expand authorized service networks across assigned markets.
• Support technical training and capability development programs.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and regional service performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Parts, Technical, and Supply Chain teams.
• Travel extensively across North African markets as required.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in after-sales/service operations.
• Two-wheeler/motorcycle industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing international dealer and distributor networks.
• Strong knowledge of warranty management, technical support, and dealer development.
• Fluent French and strong English communication skills.
• Strong commercial, operational, and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North Africa.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
