Location: 23rd Street, Al Barsha 1, Al Barsha, Dubai
Language Requirements: Arabic and English fluency required
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with inquiries, room reservations, and requests
- Provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with tact and empathy
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments and extensions
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite and courteous telephone etiquette
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of hotel services and local attractions is an advantage
