Full Job Description
We are looking for a well-traveled and insightful travel consultant to advise on and plan business and vacation itineraries. The travel consultant should meet with clients to determine their needs, and then select the most appropriate options given time and budget constraints. You should also inform clients of cancellation procedures and any applicable penalties.
You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel planning through calls and emails.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Should know about Booking tickets
- Must have experience in designing tour packages
- Handling of travel documents & Itinerary preparation
- Must have knowledge of Travel insurance, travel Research & Conduct tours.
- Need to perform hotel contracts task
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field
- Excellent communication skills
