Description:

A VVIP family in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and professional Maternity Nurse / Newborn Nanny for a live-in position. The ideal candidate will have strong newborn care experience and the ability to provide high-quality childcare support within a fully staffed private household.

The selected candidate will work closely with the existing childcare and household team, supporting the care of a 3-month-old baby while maintaining flexibility with shifts and schedules. The family is currently based in Al Mamoura, Abu Dhabi, and will relocate to Khalifa City after renovations are completed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional newborn care and support for a VVIP family.

• Assist with feeding, sleeping routines, hygiene, and general newborn care.

• Coordinate and collaborate with existing day and night nurses and household staff.

• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment for the baby.

• Adapt to flexible working shifts and household requirements.

• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Qualified Nurse or Midwife certification.

• Proven experience working as a Maternity Nurse or Newborn Nanny.

• Previous experience with private households, UHNW, or VVIP families is preferred.

• Strong newborn-care skills and knowledge.

• Must be currently based in the UAE.

• Immediate availability to join is required.

• Professional, discreet, flexible, and team-oriented personality.

• Comfortable working alongside an established household team.

Strong knowledge of:

• Newborn care, feeding, and infant routines.

• Private household childcare standards.

• Professional childcare coordination and family support.
