Orbit3D is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executive to join its team in Dubai. The role involves handling incoming customer enquiries, understanding project requirements, and helping clients identify suitable solutions for their needs.
The successful candidate will prepare quotations, maintain consistent follow-ups, and work closely with technical and production teams to turn customer enquiries into confirmed projects. The position also involves developing strong, long-term relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Experience in 3D printing, manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, exhibitions, signage, or similar industries will be an advantage. The role is suited to someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and converting sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and respond to incoming customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer and project requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to progress opportunities.
