Lincoln Investment is seeking a Virtual Sales Assistant to provide professional support to financial advisors and assist with client service operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in financial services, client relationship management, and administrative support who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will support assigned advisors and their clients by handling non-solicited business requests, processing account documentation, coordinating meetings, assisting with financial planning activities, and maintaining strong client communication. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned advisor clients regarding non-solicited business requests.

• Provide efficient and professional client support while handling account-related inquiries.

• Prepare and submit account opening applications, transfer forms, and other required documentation.

• Process financial and non-financial requests, including transfers, withdrawals, and related activities.

• Coordinate client meetings, conference calls, schedules, and advisor calendars.

• Assist advisors with financial plan preparation and collection of required client information.

• Support annual client review processes by scheduling appointments and preparing meeting materials.

• Maintain CRM records, manage leads, and assist with prospect communication.

• Prepare client mailings, reports, letters, and marketing-related materials.

• Follow up on pending requests and assist in resolving client service issues.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in a financial sales assistant or related financial services role.

• Knowledge of financial services operations, client databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and handle client inquiries professionally.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Series 6 or Series 7 license preferred (must obtain license within 6 months to retain employment).
