Description:
XBD Collective is seeking a talented Architect – Level II to join its Dubai Studio. The role is suited to a design-focused architect with strong conceptual thinking, excellent presentation abilities, and experience working across a range of architectural and development projects.
The successful candidate will contribute to high-end residential developments, mixed-use projects, retail, master planning, and commercial or office projects. The position requires confidence during the early design stages and the ability to develop ideas into strong architectural concepts and compelling presentations.
The ideal candidate will work effectively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary studio and bring a collaborative approach to projects. Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into the architectural design process is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to feasibility studies, concept design, and schematic design stages.
• Develop architectural concepts and translate design ideas into compelling presentations.
• Work across high-end residential, mixed-use, retail, master planning, and commercial or office projects.
• Prepare and develop architectural designs using industry-standard software.
• Integrate AI tools into the architectural design and development process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout project development.
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of professional architectural experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE.
• Strong experience in feasibility, concept design, and schematic design.
• Excellent architectural design and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
• Confidence using AI tools and integrating AI into architectural design workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary studio.
• Strong interest in architecture and design-led projects.
