Description:
EKA Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Facility Operations Manager to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in facility management, client relationship management, and operational leadership.
The successful candidate will oversee daily facility operations, manage housekeeping, maintenance, and support teams, while ensuring excellent service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will also play a key role in business development by identifying new opportunities and supporting the company in securing additional contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise daily facility operations across assigned sites.
• Lead housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, and support teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with clients to understand operational requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Attend client meetings and prepare quotations, proposals, and service plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and support contract acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor staff attendance, schedules, productivity, and overall performance.
• Resolve operational issues promptly while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in facility management or operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and service contracts.
• Business development and client relationship management experience is an advantage.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Facility operations and service delivery.
• Team leadership, client relationship management, and contract coordination.
• Operational planning, quotations, proposals, and UAE compliance requirements.
