Description:

Looking for Strategic Alliance Manager – Microsoft to be based in Dubai, UAE. The details are as below-

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic member of senior leadership team in the continual development and implementation of FVC’s strategic plan.
  • Effectively build strong vendor and channel partner relationship, promote FVC’s current and future capabilities to the complete partner community.
  • Develop regional strategy plan to support the enhance the MTR (Microsoft Meeting rooms) adoption across the region of MEA.
  • Travel across the region and connect with Channel partners and resellers as well as customers to propagate the MTR.
  • Conduct a series of local in-country workshops and product roadshows bringing an awareness on the Microsoft MTR.
  • Empower and educate the sales team members of all the regional offices on the importance of adoption of Microsoft Teams.
  • Execute Business Development objectives and strategies and maximize value to partners, vendors and customers.
  • Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of FVC’s local market & competitors.
  • Manage and develop regional team into a modern, professional and cost-efficient business unit with focus on building a long-term business strategy.
  • Work diligently with marketing team.
  • Maintain alliance with all FVC vendors on Teams room device to meet Microsoft objective.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 10 to 15 years of advanced experience in consultative sales and/or business-to-business sales preferred.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have strong work ethic, a passion for consultative selling and a great attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous, objective-driven environment.
  • Will need tact and diplomacy in dealing with service providers, customers, clients, etc.
  • Proven success to develop territories and representatives to profitably growth the business.
  • Ability to work independently as a remote employee.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships with customers, employees and management.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
