Hiring Specification Writer

Location: Dubai

Skills/ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent from an accredited institution. 
• Construction Specifications Institute certification is preferred
• E-SPEC and/or MasterSpec experience is beneficial.
• 10-12 years’ experience is required.
• Previous specification writing experience with a large Architectural/Engineering firm.
• Be able to coordinate, oversee, and review specification writing by other consultants.
• Ability to view projects in their entirety and converse with contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities at all levels.
• Has managed the process from specification to installation.
• Superior written and verbal English communication skills.
• Very good computer skills with MS Office software suite.
• Detail-oriented, strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
