uniCare Medical Group is urgently looking to hire a talented Social Medial Specialist in Dubai with experience in the following responsibility areas & meet the given requirements:

Role: Social Media Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE.

Salary: AED 2500~3000

Position Level: Junior

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all clinic marketing materials are up to date and meet brand guidelines and identity.
  • Ensure all digital platforms (including Website, Social Media, and Social Networking Channels) have the latest and most accurate information.
  • Create basic designs for the social media, coordinate with the creative team, formulate the SMS and social media campaigns, use tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
  • Other essential areas are Google Ads Campaigns Management, AHD Website, Ishare, DHX portal management\Videography and Photography directing and assisting in the Subtitles and Arabic Translation, etc.
  • SEO practices implementation and management of email campaigns marketing, designing, releasing, monitoring, and managing all social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin).
  • Evaluate new marketing opportunities; (events, sponsorships, advertising, activations, events), prepare budgets and sustain the plan within the set cost estimations for each marketing activity, mainly major campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Advertising/ Public Relations / Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role, preferably with a hospital or clinic.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English language.
  • Expertise in creative content writing.
  • Solid creative outlook, analytical mindset, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Netinsight, WebTrends etc.).
  • Proven ability in managing a Marketing, Communications function for a large organization.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
