The company operates as a leading AI-powered “AllCar” app, helping millions of users save time and money on insurance, car refinancing, maintenance, and related services.
Since its launch, Jerry.ai has rapidly grown its customer base to over 5 million users and works with more than 55 insurance carriers. The company is now seeking motivated sales professionals who are passionate about helping customers find the right insurance solutions while working in a fully remote environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and delivering high-energy conversations while guiding clients through insurance policy selection. All customer interactions are inbound through the company’s app or web platform, meaning no outbound cold calling is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from prospective customers seeking auto and home insurance solutions
• Educate customers on insurance coverage options, pricing, and policy details
• Prepare and bind insurance quotes through partner carriers
• Assist customers in selecting suitable insurance plans based on their needs
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns to support policy purchases
• Maintain a high level of customer engagement and provide professional support throughout the sales process
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and policy details
• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced remote sales environment
• Meet and exceed performance targets and sales goals
• Provide a positive and helpful customer experience at all times
Requirements:
