GP Aesthetics is currently seeking a motivated and patient-focused professional to join its expanding Longevity Medicine and Aesthetics team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about modern healthcare, wellness innovation, and delivering exceptional patient experiences within a premium clinical environment.
The selected candidate will contribute to the smooth daily operation of the clinic while supporting patients throughout their wellness and aesthetic treatment journey. The role requires a professional who can combine strong communication skills with excellent patient care standards and attention to detail.
Working within a fast-growing aesthetics and longevity medicine environment, the successful applicant will collaborate closely with patients and internal teams to ensure a high-quality healthcare experience from consultation through follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow within the facility
• Assist patients throughout their treatment and wellness journey
• Coordinate longevity medicine and aesthetic treatment schedules and plans
• Conduct patient consultations and provide follow-up support when required
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality standards are followed
• Deliver a professional and welcoming patient experience at all times
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinic policies, and service standards
• Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to maintain operational excellence
Requirements:
• Active DHA License or DHA Eligibility is required
• Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or related medical environments preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong professional attitude with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively in a premium clinical setting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling patient coordination responsibilities
• Experience within luxury healthcare or premium service environments will be considered an advantage
