A prestigious investment office based in DIFC, Dubai is currently seeking a highly professional and strategically minded Executive Assistant & Strategic Analyst to support the Chairman in a dynamic hybrid role. This position goes beyond the responsibilities of a traditional Executive Assistant role and offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and strategic stakeholders within the investment ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted right-hand professional to the Chairman, providing high-level executive support while also contributing to financial analysis, market research, investor relations coordination, and strategic business initiatives. The company is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with strong business acumen, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive information professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Strategic Support:

• Act as the Chairman’s primary point of coordination, liaison, and gatekeeper

• Manage complex global calendars, executive schedules, and high-level meetings

• Coordinate board meetings, investor discussions, and strategic engagements

• Communicate professionally with UHNW clients, institutional investors, and family offices

• Prepare executive briefings, presentations, reports, and meeting materials

• Support confidential business operations and maintain a high level of discretion

• Assist with strategic planning and executive decision-making processes

Financial & Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research and sector analysis to support business initiatives

• Review financial reports, investment summaries, and performance data

• Prepare investor presentations, strategic decks, and briefing documents

• Analyze market trends and provide insights relevant to investment strategies

• Support investor relations activities and stakeholder communications

• Coordinate information flow between leadership teams and external partners

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Investor Relations, or Financial Analyst positions

• Background within financial services, investment management, private equity, or family office environments preferred

• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and financial statements

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills

• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational ability

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
